Production Test Engineer_量產測試工程師

Job Summary: This position focus on production test engineering area of power management integrated circuits (Consumer, Industrial and Automotive ICs), you will be required to deeply utilize analog and digital circuits, as well as programming languages (C), to conduct diverse projects involving hardware, software and procedures, aimed at ensuring the quality and cost optimization of production testing. Essential Functions: • Analyze/optimize component-level circuits and test program (based on C) for precision parametric measurements of analog and mixed-signal IC, and accordingly dispose the risky production tested chips and test system. • Analyze/Optimize production test cost, efficiency, capacity, smoothness by diverse approaches, including but not limited to test time reduction, multisite development, test platform transfer, optimize/simplify test process. • Co-work to develop and maintain the production test supporting system, like setup sheet database, lot on hold system, flexible test flow, scheduling system, template software, etc. • Conduct continuous improvement to ensure whole production test system stability/ reliability by tester performance tracking/analysis, test process creation/optimization and other techniques. • Manage OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Testing) to ensure the test quality and efficiency. Qualifications: • BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Micro-Electronic, Automation, Instrument Science & Engineering or relevant. • Good knowledge on analog/digital circuit, programming language (minimum is C). • Good communication skills in Chinese and English (reading & writing). • Willing to travel in China and worldwide subcontractor. • Working experience in power IC testing area is a plus.

New Product Test Development Engineer_新產品測試研發工程師

Job Summary: This position's responsibility is new product development that includes ATE test solution development, test program coding and debugging, and production release. Essential Functions: • Designs component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement, dynamic signal analysis and creates automated test system software for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. • Involved in all phases of product development: design for testability, IOS, test hardware and software design, hands-on debugging, correlation, characterization and production release. • Possesses knowledge of major concepts of test engineering and has the ability to apply these concepts to a wide range of complex assignments. Qualifications: • MS in Electrical Engineering or similar areas. • Experience in power IC function test and know automatic testing flow. • Experience in Cadence PCB layout. • Power management IC function/application experience is a plus. • Good written and oral communications skills in English and Chinese. • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills to work with IC developers worldwide. • Willing to travel in China and worldwide subcontractor.

Application Engineer_應用工程師

Job Summary: This position's responsibilities include enhancing and debugging power IC products, developing reference circuits, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support for key customers. Essential functions: • Execute IC roadtest for system level IC verification. • Participate in product development process and communicate with TME/DE/PE teams to define new product’s features and IC revision items. • Design product documents and hardware/software including datasheets, evaluation board, application notes, GUI, benchmark reports. • Develop application reference circuits and support customers for schematic/layout review. • Provide application support for key customers and field application engineers. Qualifications: • MSEE or higher required and major in power electronics. • Basic knowledge in power electronics, including DC/DC converter, AC/DC converter, power devices, and magnetic components. • Hands-on experience in power circuit designs or modeling including DC/DC or AC/DC converter, inverter, or other state-of-the-art power topologies. • Experimental skills, including operation of oscilloscope, power supplies, function generator, network analyzer…etc. • Simulation skills, including software such as Simplis, Psim, SPICE…etc. • Average English capability of writing, reading, and speaking.
